Nebivolol Hydrochloride Tablets

Nebivolol Hydrochloride Tablets IP 5 mg

Nebivolol Hydrochloride Tablets belong to the group of medicines called 'beta-blockers' used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It is also used to treat mild to moderate heart failure in patients aged 70 years and older in addition to other therapies. High blood pressure is a health condition in which the pressure in the blood vessels is high. The blood exerts elevated pressure on the walls of blood vessels leading to hypertension. Heart failure occurs when the heart can't pump sufficient blood to the remaining parts of the body.

Nebivolol Hydrochloride Tablets contain 'Nebivolol' that relaxes and widens the blood vessels making it easier for the heart to pump blood to all parts of the body. This helps in decreasing blood pressure and the risk of having a heart attack or stroke. It helps in preventing increased heart rate and controls heart pumping strength.
